Identity verification is provided by Stripe Identity and other qualified providers before any user can send or carry on the platform.
QR-confirmed hand-off
Every hand-off is confirmed at the exact moment with a single-use, tamper-resistant QR code.
Payments processed by Stripe
Payments are securely processed and managed by Stripe. Friendly Shipping does not hold or control user funds.
Live delivery status
Live status updates from the moment a parcel is accepted until the recipient confirms hand-off.
Insured parcels
Eligible shipments are covered by optional insurance from qualified third-party providers, with a structured claims flow on top of escrow protection.
