End-to-end encryption
TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Chats, location pings and hand-off codes are never stored in plaintext.
Escrow-held payments
Funds are captured up-front and only released to the traveler after the recipient confirms with a single-use QR code.

24/7 anomaly detection on routes, hand-offs and payouts — flagged events are reviewed by our trust & safety team within minutes.
Insurance coverage
Eligible shipments are covered based on the declared value of the parcel, underwritten by a licensed EU insurer — no fixed cap, the premium scales with what you ship.
